Northrop Grumman is currently seeking an Order Administrator – Level 3 to join our Payload & Ground Systems- Mission Enabling Programs team in Beltsville, MD or San Diego, CA. As an Order Administrator you will partner with the Contracts team to validate and verify contract and proposal order data. You will maintain contract and proposal records and utilize our Contract Management System database and our Costpoint ERP system. You will also support SOX, and general requests for information.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:
- Enters data related to outgoing proposals and incoming customer contracts for commercial, government, domestic and international customers into applicable business systems using defined computer software
- Validates data with applicable customer purchase documents and internal policies, procedures and business system requirements for completeness and accuracy
- Investigates questionable data and recommends actions to resolve discrepancies
- Uses defined business software to produce delivery, packaging and invoicing documents for commercial, government, domestic and international shipments
- Other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table - Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of work experience
- No clearance required to start
- Experience with MS Office and working with databases
- Basic experience with contracting.
What Sets You Apart:
- Experience with Costpoint
- Experience with Contract Management Systems
- Experience with financial reporting
- Experience working with Deltek Costpoint, SAP or other Enterprise Resource System
- Audit support experience
About Payload & Ground Systems: provides small-medium satellites for commercial/government use, leading in-space servicing & logistics. We support 4 satellite orbits, plus national & space security systems.
